SCHEDULING A SESSION

In order to schedule a session, client must pay a 50% deposit to reserve day/time. Deposit will go towards final payment. The remainder of payment must be given after session is complete. Clients have a 15 minute grace period after scheduled session time. A $10 fee will be charged if client is more than 15 minutes late. After 30 minutes, session will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.


CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Client has to give a 24 hour notice before rescheduling/cancelling session. If client fails to do so, deposit will be forfeited. Client is allowed one rescheduled session. If client reschedules more than once, another deposit must be made to schedule session. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
